Please contact Spa Noa 24 hours in advance to change or cancel an appointment.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated and appropriate when you feel you have received excellent service. Cash or personal checks are welcome. Unfortunately, we are unable to add gratuities to credit cards.
We accept Spa Finder, Spa Week and Spa Wish Certificates. These certificates cannot be combined with any Spa Noa Specials.
Our Cancellation Policy
We understand all of us may have a change in schedule or a personal emergency from time to time. Therefore, we offer flexibility in rescheduling your appointments. A 24-hour advance notice is greatly appreciated.
Credit Cards numbers will be taken to reserve appointments for new clients. If a client cancels an appointment after our 24 hour requested notice or no shows for their appointment, 25% of their requested services will be charged to the card on file.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with Spa Noa’s services or products, please let us know. We will do all we can to meet your expectations.
Spa Noa will return any and all funds any unused gift card within 30 days of purchase per request. Any used gift cards are not eligible for return.
Gift Certificates are nonrefundable and expire one year after purchase date.
Used products can be returned at management’s discretion for store credit.
Spa Noa does not sell, share or rent our clients’ personally identifiable information unless required by law.
Spa Noa does not send e-mail or other communications without user permission.
