One of our spa professionals will help you to plan the
perfect spa experience including the best sequence for
your treatments.
Booking your Appointment
We are often able to accommodate same day appointments
as well as walk ins, however if you’re looking
for an evening, weekend, or specific time for an
appointment we recommend booking at least a week
in advance. A credit card is required to secure all
appointments, and late cancellations or missed appointments
will be charged in full for their scheduled service.
This is out of respect for our therapist’s
time.
When to Arrive
Arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment will
allow you to complete our health and skin care profile.
If you’d like to savor an extra level of quiet,
relax in our tranquil retreat area before or after
your spa services.
Gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated and appropriate
when you feel you have been warmly cared for. Unfortunately
we are unable to add gratuities to credit cards.
Cash and personal checks endorsed to your therapist
are welcome.
Ensuring a Relaxing Environment
Please remember to turn your cell phone and pager off
and speak quietly while in our treatment and pedicure
areas.
The spa is generally viewed as an adult retreat, and
children under the age of 13 are not permitted in
the spa without parental supervision. Our concierge
staff is unable to watch children while parents receive
services. Additionally, unless a child is receiving
a service, they will not be permitted in a treatment
room while the parent receives a service.

Property
Please leave your valuables at home, as we cannot
be held
responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
Our Cancellation Policy
We request 24 hours notice when canceling scheduled
appointments (or by close of business the previous
day) in order to rebook your therapist’s valuable
time. Appointments must be secured with a credit
card which will be charged the full price of the
service in the case of a late cancellation or if
you miss your appointment. This is a professional
courtesy out of respect for your therapist’s
time.
Returns & Refunds
We will be more than happy to exchange faulty products
or give you store credit, but we are not able to
give refunds.
